Job Description:

We are working with a growing contractor who specializes in commercial window covering solutions and is expanding operations into Nashville. To assist with this expansion, they are looking for a skilled Estimator/Project Manager who has a background of winning commercial work and a good, local customer base. If you are experienced in generating business and looking to join a busy and exciting team, we encourage you to apply!

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Estimator opportunity include:

- Estimator with a background in windows, window coverings, drapery, window films OR interior finishes (paint, carpet, acoustical ceilings, etc.)
- Strong connections within the commercial construction industry in Nashville
- Experience bidding on and winning commercial work
- Good customer base with experience generating business
- Bluebeam experience is a plus

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Eligibility for commissions after 1 year.
