Responsible for the engineering and administration of continuous improvement efforts, productivity tracking & manufacturing efficiency, workplace safety program, regulatory compliance, capital projects & preventative equipment/facility maintenance.

Essential Job Functions but not limited to the following:

• Measuring & reporting the operational performance.
• Maintaining & improving the Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Performing validation on existing & new equipment.
• Maintaining regulatory compliance programs & documents.
• Creating, updating & publishing training documentation.
• Collaborating on plant improvement projects.
• Tracking the progress of capital projects.

Experience and Skills

• 3-10 years of Industrial Engineering related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field.
• PC literate/analytical.
• Computer proficiency in: AutoCad, Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports & legal documents.
• High proficiency in English and Spanish communications is mandatory.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
• High flexible; able to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Must be able to handle confidential information with complete confidence of management.
• Computer aided mechanical drafting.
• Six Sigma Certification.
