Qualifications and responsibilities for this Superintendent opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of four years related experience
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience
- Proficient in Procore
- OSHA 30 certification is a plus
- Maintain current Construction Supervisors License
- Knowledge of building construction means and methods, scheduling and cost-control procedures
- Projects include hotels, tilt up concrete, design build, breweries, new construction and fit out

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
