Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Surveys opportunity include:

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D 2019 or higher, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comply with established company drafting and CAD standards
- Baltimore City and Baltimore County experience a plus
- Professional Land Surveyor in Maryland is preferred
- Manage field and office personnel, overseeing survey projects
- Coordinate with clients and consultants to align designs with field conditions
- Review and approve survey documents, ensuring quality and accuracy
- Develop procedures, evaluate performance, and handle project budgets for surveys

 

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
