We are looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer! 

Pay: $125,000 - $180,000 DOE

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:  

• Provides guidance, mentorship, and leadership to Electrical Engineers including staffing, resource management, and labor forecasting

• Ensures the EE department workflows are in compliance with AS9100 requirements
• Manages electrical engineering team personnel across all Integrated Product Teams
• Manages EE software and Electronics Lab facilities by keeping equipment maintained and current as well as determining needs to support all existing and proposed programs

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering 
• Typically possesses 8+ years technical experience plus 1 year of management experience
• Detailed knowledge of military specifications and industry standards including IPC 
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead program technical execution
• Demonstrated ability to manage and train personnel effectively 
• Demonstrated proficiency in electrical design, engineering, and drawing conventions 
• Strong computer skills, including common office applications and engineering tools
• Advanced experience with schematic capture, PCB layout, and simulation tools such as OrCAD and PSPICE/LTSPICE
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold or be able to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance
