We provide intelligent system solutions that improve utility performance, lower energy consumption, and reduce environmental emissions. We are looking to add a Solutions Specialist to our team. This is an inside position that requires helping our reps and customers with solving their needs on any project or opportunity. The Solution Specialist is responsible for collaborating with Customers, Channel Partners, Business Development Managers, Area Technical Managers (ATM), Engineering and Vertical Market Directors.

▪Communicate with customers, reps, ATM's, Vertical Market Directors, Engineering, Veris Business Development Managers and/or anyone else necessary to help solve application issues or opportunities.

▪Acquiring application data from customers/reps to produce accurate quotes using current price books in a timely manner.

▪Review quotes, purchase orders, and application data for accuracy before sending them to Order Entry.

▪Communicate with production to get accurate delivery dates or updates when requested.

▪Proactively communicate with customers/reps when notified of any shipping delays by production.

▪Use sizing software to create flow calc files for various technologies.

▪Report weekly activities and updates during sales meetings.▪Actively utilize and update the CRM system (Salesforce) with accurate data to effectively manage the funnel of opportunities.

▪Diagnose and solve customer problems by phone, video conference, or by customer site visits when necessary

▪Be the point person of communication on larger projects including managing necessary documents, schedules, etc.

▪Educate customers, channel partners and distributors on the meter portfolio and value proposition.

▪Assess competitive landscape and provide market and customer feedback.

▪Observe and comply with all company policies and ethics.▪Maintain a commitment to teamwork and a positive, supportive attitude to all personnel.

▪Continually improve prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills.

▪Report all activities to Director of Global Sales.

▪Willingness to perform other duties as required.
