Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager opportunity include:

- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Mason Foreman
- Strong business acumen in planning and management
- Large scale experience, including schools, commercial, and dorms
- Oversee entire project lifecycle, from resource planning to completion
- Handle change orders and ensure thorough project review and monitoring
- Coordinate with construction team, vendors, and suppliers, while prioritizing safety and schedules

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
