Qualifications and responsibilities for this Operations Manager opportunity include:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering
- Experience with high-volume manufacturing, ideally within metal finishing or automotive industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CAD software is a bonus
- Familiarity with anodizing, chrome plating, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable
- Lead and inspire a team of 30-50 employees, fostering engagement and excellence
- Drive process efficiency by setting priorities, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and enhancing processes
- Elevate quality systems through initiatives like Statistical Process Control, audits, and work procedures
- Collaborate across functions to creatively solve complex manufacturing challenges and engage with customers for growth

Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
