Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
- 5 - 7 years of experience managing Mechanical HVAC and Plumbing construction projects
- Must be knowledgeable of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
- Plumbing, Fire Protection, and building automation systems knowledge is also a plus!
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Revu PDF editing, and COINs experience is preferred
- Prepare bids, job quotes, and manage project contracts
- Oversee construction projects, ensuring defined scope and safety
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and recommend project improvements
- Maintain communication, conduct meetings, and ensure compliance with company policies

Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
