Qualifications and responsibilities for this Assistant Project Manager opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent field experience
- 5+ years of construction, design, and management experience required
- Must be knowledgeable of commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Plumbing, Fire Protection, and building automation systems knowledge is also a plus!
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Revu PDF editing, and COINs experience is preferred
- Monthly billing preparation, approval, and reporting
- Support for construction work documentation and conflict resolution
- Negotiation of changes with GC & Owner
- Project progress monitoring, cost reporting, and schedule management

Salary: $50,000 - $90,000 per year, or commensurate with experience.
