They are immediately looking for someone who is capable of overseeing and optimizing production processes within an aerospace parts manufacturing environment. If you have an eye for identifying overproduction and scheduling issues, they are ready to bring you onboard right away!

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production Manager opportunity include:

- 10+ years of experience as a Production Manager or similar managerial role within a CNC manufacturing environment
- Strong Mechanical Engineering background
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in using data analysis and KPIs to drive operational improvements
- Demonstrated experience in driving process optimization and efficiency improvements
- Responsible for leading a team of production professionals, managing production schedules, ensuring product quality, meeting delivery schedules, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness

Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
