Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or 10+ years of related experience as a Superintendent for projects valued at $5M - $50M or more
- At-least 10 years of experience as a Superintendent
- Project types include aerospace, defense, education, manufacturing, commercial, entertainment, and hospitality. Must be able to join a project at various stages, from site work to building erection and MEP systems installation.
- Will oversee construction activities on-site, including structural concrete, asphalt, completion of structural building systems, and installation of complex mechanical, electrical, communications, fire protection systems, and more.
- Establish and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and OSHA compliance among contractors, subcontractors, and employees
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address construction issues, plan and schedule project activities, and maintain project deadlines
- Oversee project compliance with construction, safety, and environmental regulations; manage contracts and quality control programs; prepare and present project reports and budgets

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
