Qualifications and responsibilities for this Operations Manager opportunity include:

- Must have a strong understanding of sheet metal manufacturing and the HVAC industry
- Ductwork experience is required
- Must have a strong understanding of SMACNA (Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association) constructions standards
- Able to manage people, budgets, and projects
- Background in engineering or manufacturing is a plus
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant, including the production of sheet metal products and the provision of services such as welding, estimation and take-off, BIM coordination services, delivery, and equipment rental
- Develop and implement new processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Maintain product quality to the highest standards and overseeing adequate inventory to meet demand

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
