Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer opportunity include:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in residential and commercial land development
- Profession Engineer (PE) in California preferred; EIT Certification required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Understanding of local and regional zoning regulations, environmental guidelines, and construction standards
- Experience in stormwater management design and familiarity with sustainable design practices
- Knowledge of GIS software and hydrology/hydraulics modeling tools is a plus
- Lead and contribute to the design and development of land projects, collaborating with stakeholders to align plans with objectives and guidelines
- Conduct site assessments, prepare design documents, and manage construction activities to ensure compliance and budgetary control

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
