We are seeking an Architectural Design Associate to join our team near Milwaukee! Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Design Associate opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Design, or similar
- 5+ years of experience working with architectural prototypes
- Understanding of Multifamily, Residential, Commercial or Hospitality construction documents
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Procore, Photoshop, MS Word, and Sketch-up
- Knowledge of Architectural, Structural, and MEP systems and their graphic standards; ability to draft floor plans
- Improve prototype designs, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Maintain and update prototype plans in Procore, coordinate releases, and handle RFI documentation
- Manage design memos, facilitate communication between consultants and internal teams, and assist in architect firm selection and onboarding

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
