DIRECT HIRE
Are you an experienced Construction Superintendent?  Have you managed subcontractors on-site evaluating work progress, quality of work, safety and productivity?  Our client is hiring a superintendent to continuously tour job sites and provide daily updates.
 
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate and monitor schedule deadlines and expectations to all subcontractors.
• Oversee job site safety, material deliveries, and execution of all subcontracted work.
• Immediately report safety concerns to Construction Director and take action if calling 911 is needed.
• Hold regular meetings, update agendas and minutes.
• Schedule onsite inspections as needed.
• Assist Director with RFI’s, change order requests, subcontractor submittals and shop drawings to minimize delay.
• Manage storage and installation of equipment.
• Coordinate with building inspectors and other code officials.
• Maintain daily reports and progress photo folder.
• Prepare all project closeout duties.
