Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Engineer opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; PE is highly preferred
- 4+ years of mechanical engineering experience
- Knowledge of building codes and standards, drafting standards, mechanical engineering standards, and other trades
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Evaluate and apply design engineering techniques on diverse projects (buildings, hospitals, residential/office spaces, etc.) adhering to building codes
- Specify equipment (pumps, boilers, chillers, etc.) for residential buildings with various HVAC systems
- Aid in creating design descriptions, addressing client feedback, and using AutoCAD/Revit for design changes
- Conduct load calculations, equipment selection, and mechanical system design
- Develop energy-efficient systems, ensure compliance with rating systems like LEED, perform COMCheck

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
