They are immediately ready to hire an Engineering Manager with strong leadership skills, value engineering experience, and a background in structural components to join their team. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Engineering Manager opportunity include:

- 7 - 10 years of structural engineering experience
- Experience in improving processes, making revisions/marking drawings, quoting, etc.
- Structural design experience for buildings, infrastructure, or manufacturing
- Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor and MS Office Suite
- Produce structural analysis, designs, calculations, and details in an accurate and timely manner
- Knowledge of Lean Principles and Continuous Improvement
- Develop proprietary structural racking designs for industrial customers
- Optimize cost and manufacturing efficiency of designs
- Review and assess quotes, drawings, and product quality
- Collaborate with sales, manufacturers, and consultants for project success

Salary: $130,000 - $145,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus potential.
