Senior Engineer (New York, New York): Handle electrical systems design for building projects, including power systems, lighting, fire alarms, and other signal systems.  Work on medium to large-scale complex projects, including aviation, government, rail, higher-education, laboratories, and infrastructure. Perform design activities, including power system calculations and calculations for lighting systems and associated controls. Prepare drawings, reports, and specification for detailing design. Work with multiple disciplines and project managers. Work with clients in meetings and present technical material for review by technical and non-technical audiences. Maintain quality standards, commercial metrics, and client relations for projects. Maintain client relationships to develop business opportunities. Handle commissioning activities for electrical and fire alarm systems, including preparation of testing procedure documentation to LEED and other industry standards. Participate in local industry professional associations. Req’s Bachelor’s degr plus 4 yrs exp. Salary Range: $110,885 to $133,000/year.
