We are seeking a Heavy Civil Estimator to join our thriving commercial construction company based in Cheswick, Pennsylvania, since 1993. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Heavy Civil Estimator opportunity include:

- 5+ years of heavy civil estimating experience (earthwork, grading, underground utilities)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience using estimating software, Heavy Bid preferred
- Projects include DOT, commercial, offsite development, excavation, pipe, sanitary storm, and waterlines
- Prepare estimates using software, examining plans, and specs, including quantity take-offs and proposals
- Negotiate vendor and subcontractor buyouts, manage project costs, and create project schedules
- Offer value engineering, manage risks, and develop change orders and contingency plans

Salary: $75,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
