Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Architectural Project Manager opportunity include:

- 8 – 10 years of architecture/construction administration experience
- K-12 architectural experience is preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Architectural License is a plus
- Lead projects from development initiation to completion with limited supervision
- Produce and oversee project deliverables, including drawings and models
- Ensure quality construction documents and manage construction administration
- Communicate effectively with teams, clients, and consultants while adhering to regulations

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
