Qualifications and responsibilities for this Head of Operations opportunity include:

- Extensive experience in heavy machinery, quarry, concrete production, or recycling industries
- Currently or previously holding a MSHA (Mine Safety and Health Administration) Certificate required
- Must have strong technical understanding, leadership skills, and willing to be hands-on
- Will be responsible for overseeing a team of heavy machinery technicians for wet processing projects
- 40% travel required

Salary: $110,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
