A well-established Engineering firm in the heart of Anaheim is looking to bring on a skilled Civil Engineer to their growing team. The firm has been around over 3 decades, and is involved in land development design and consulting for mostly commercial and residential projects in the surrounding area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated to grow with a company. We're providing a steady work/life balance. This is an hourly role and we try to keep our staff right at 40 hours a week. Overtime pay is available as well when approved by a supervisor.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer opportunity include:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in land development Civil Engineering design
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools
- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to land development and engineering
- Conduct thorough site assessments, evaluating topography, utilities, and environmental factors
- Develop civil engineering plans and designs for land development projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
- Participate in infrastructure planning, including roads, stormwater management systems, utilities, and landscaping
- Facilitate permitting and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations
- Commercial and residential projects ranging from .5 acres, to 100+ acres

Salary: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
