Qualifications and responsibilities for this Industrial Process Engineer opportunity include:

- Bachelors in Industrial Technology or equivalent
- Must have a background in Lean Six Sigma
- Study and record time, motion, methods and speed involved in production
- Analyze workforce and operational data to optimize worker and equipment utilization
- Recommend efficiency improvements and waste reduction methods, including job restructuring and equipment purchases
- Assess ergonomic and safety considerations for workstations and material handling
- Collaborate with management, engineering, and accounting teams to implement plans and evaluate job measurement tools

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
