Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree OR 4+ years of commercial construction experience
- Proficient with general contract and general conditions, subcontractor documents, drawings and specifications, scopes of work, and project schedule
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, EH&S software, and other industry-related applications
- Must know how to schedule, budget, and balance multiple projects at a time
- Current Construction Supervisors License and OSHA 10 certification
- Procore Project Manager Certification is a plus
- Organize, supervise and coordinate the project and onsite staff, in order to complete the work on schedule, within budget, and to the quality of workmanship specified

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
