Architectural Design/Drafter
Are you bored with your current role as a Designer?  Too much of the same thing over and over?  Are you talented with designing a multitude of buildings from commercial to historical renovations to even designing multi-million-dollar homes?  SEEK Professionals is recruiting someone that has the drive and desire to excel. 
 
Responsibilities include:

• Prepare detailed drawings. 
• Meet with construction personnel. 
• Work closely with Team Leader, Business Development Associates and Project Managers 
• Provide creative insight and suggestions, as well as solutions to design problems.
• Prepare drawings, plans and documents for approval.
• Update all drawings as revisions occur and ensure that drawing files always reflect correct information.
• Answer construction-related questions and find solutions to problems as they occur.
• Ensure that follow-up is handled efficiently and accurately so that projects are not delayed unnecessarily.
• Communicate effectively with architects and external consultants when necessary.
