Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking two Transportation Engineers to serve as Inspectors for the Quality Verification Team on Design Build projects. The Inspector is responsible for a variety of Quality Verification inspection duties within the Quality Organization of the WSDOT SR 520 Corridor Design-Build Office. These duties include providing construction Quality Verification oversite on Bridges and Structures, storm water, environmental, Traffic Control, Demolition, Roadway, Survey, Utilities, Drainage, Fire Suppression, Signing, Illumination and ITS. This position exists to measure the success of the Design-Builders QA program and ensure that the Design-Builders work is in compliance with contract requirements. The top candidates will act as WSDOT's representative in relations with the Design-Builders Quality Control and Assurance Staff.
