Crane AB in Tumba is looking for an Automation Engineer!

Paper production in Tumba is responsible for leading and developing the business for the production of banknote paper with a high and consistent quality. In papermaking, we work to achieve and continuously improve production, quality and cost targets.
Overall about the position:
Ensure that the operational reliability of plants meets the requirements set by making long-term plans for our maintenance, participating as a requirement setter in projects, and implementing plans and improvements with support from, projects and contractors.
 
Continuously review and develop all processes with a focus on increased productivity and cost efficiency.
 
Responsibilities:

• Ensure that cooperation and focus are fully in line with Crane AB and Crane Currency.
• Carry out emergency and preventive maintenance of ABB 800xA, Honneywell, Siemens S7 systems.
• Develop 5-year maintenance plan for OT process systems, secure Back-up on OT systems according to plan.
• Perform standby duty and provide technical service and support for PB. Perform troubleshooting, modification and programming of program code in control systems.
• Write and update calibration routines, and perform calibrations on sensors and instruments.
• Optimization of control circuits.
• Participate in support and project activities.
• Receive orders for corrective work by phone from internal clients during day call, and standby. Participate in support and project activities.

• Run the business according to Crane AB's policies and business systems for the SMAK areas Safety, Environment, Work Environment and Quality.
• Work with continuous improvements and LEAN.

 
Experience:

• 3 years of experience in qualified maintenance work in industry with a high level of automation

 
Education:
Technical education at upper secondary level in electricity, 3 years, or equivalent competence
 
Language:
Good language skills in Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement
Good language skills in English meritorious
 
IT:
Good knowledge of the Office package
Other:
B- driving licence
Very good collaborative and communicative skills
Initiative and self-propelling
Holistic view with good ability to prioritize
Experience of working with LEAN and continuous improvement
