We're working with an established, self-performing construction company who has a focus on luxury residential projects in Brooklyn and Manhattan, with an emphasis on renovations and conversions. Demonstrating excellence in both service and craftsmanship, this firm is recognized for their unparalleled standards and attention to detail.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

- Must have experience in high-end interiors, millwork, finishes, etc.
- Understanding of building walls, plumbing layouts, custom kitchens, and HVAC drawings
- Experience with Procore and Bluebeam is a plus
- Luxury residential renovation and conversion projects throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
