With over four decades of experience, our well-established company has been shaping the community since 1981 through various impactful projects, including paving and asphalt improvements, new constructions, traffic signal enhancements, and vital drainage structures.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Asphalt Estimator opportunity include:

- Prior experience as an estimator, assembling bids and take-offs for civil road way, site or public works projects.
- Roadway, civil site, parking lots and drainage structures project experience.
- Experience using Plan Swift software
- Prepare comprehensive bid proposals for small to large size projects, including analyzing plans and specifications to develop detailed cost estimates
- Calculate take-offs from plans/blueprints or other documents
- Review, analyze, and incorporate historical data from bid tabs, previous job estimates, and completed projects to help prepare the estimate
- Provide material requirements & information as needed to the customer
- If bidding is successful and the job is awarded, assist and help facilitate the project with the Operations team, Project Managers, Crews, and Company Personnel

Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus 1-3% commissions.
