Qualifications and responsibilities for this Healthcare Construction Superintendent opportunity include:

- 10+ years of experience in healthcare construction (hospitals, surgery centers, dental offices, etc.)
- AHCA knowledge is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Procore and/or MS Project
- Strong understanding of construction laws and regulations
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects
- Manage project budgets, scheduling, and resources

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
