Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Engineering opportunity include:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5 – 8 years of hands-on experience with various mechanical engineering projects
- Prior supervisory and project management experience required
- Experience in HVAC system design required
- Provide strategic direction and leadership on major projects and the day-to-day activities of the Engineering Department
- Oversee the development of new products, customer support, and internal support documentation. Be the main technical resource for new product design
- Lead the engineering team in troubleshooting products that are not performing to standard during development and production
- Provide oversight of field service vendors and assist them in troubleshooting product issues

Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
