If you have experience working on large-scale concrete projects with value in excess of $1M, this is the place for you. With unlimited growth potential and a desire to add to their executive leadership team, you can plan on a rapid pace up the latter. Locally based, you would not be required to travel outside of the area and can plan on being home every night.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Business Leader opportunity include:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required
- 15+ years of construction industry experience with 5+ years of business or operations management experience for a large-scale Self-Performing GC or Concrete Contractor
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Self-perform experience of concrete is required
- Knowledge of construction principles/practices required with experience on projects over 1 million dollars
- Establish the expectations of running the company programs with operational excellence
- Own the annual financial and operational plans, the execution, and delivery of stated outcomes
- Own the annual business unit priorities and alignment of talent to achieve successful completion
- Responsible for the complete understanding of the local market including customers, opportunities, subcontractors, and vendors
- Secure targeted work based on business unit competencies and capacity and aligns teams accordingly
- Talent planning, recruiting, and development for the business unit

Salary: $250,000 - $320,000 per year, commensurate with experience, after bonus and incentives.
