Provide functional team leadership for Process Control technology.

Provide 24/7 support to ensure safe and reliable manufacturing through process control and automation.

Develop, establish, and maintain world-class Automation and Process Control capabilities utilizing internal and external EI&C resources.

 Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of chemical and related industries

Minimum of 5 years of process control experience

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience

Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience

Extensive knowledge of Electrical, instrumentation and control strategies.  Including the application of instrumentation and control equipment.

Experience with industrial network design.

Experience with  Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) which includes ABB, Siemens and Rockwell control system platforms.

Experience across control system platforms (AB Rockwell/Siemens / ABB-Bailey)

Experience with Data Historians ( Aspentech IP21 or Aveva PI)

Experience applying ISA standards for automation process control

(Safety Instrumented Systems – IEC61511; Manufacturing Cyber Security – IEC62443 – Alarm Management – IEC62682

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related engineering or technical discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer or Chemical engineering) with background in industrial process control systems. Combination of education and experience in applying Process control and automation technology.
