We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Estimator to join a firm who provides superior utilities and site development services for municipal, industrial and commercial projects in the southeast. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator opportunity include:

- 3+ years of experience estimating site and utility development projects
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mathematics, Architecture, or a similar field is a plus
- Experience bidding both private and public work
- Proficiency with HCSS HeavyBid or similar software
- Knowledge of AGTEK Earthworks and Roadway is preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Prepare cost estimates, focusing on civil site clearing, earthwork, underground utilities, and drainage
- Evaluate project requirements, perform quantity take-offs, attend pre-bid meetings, and analyze construction risks
- Gather quotes from subcontractors and vendors, and write budgets and reports

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus quarterly bonus opportunities.
