Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Transportation Technical Engineer to serve as the Special Services Program Engineer for the I-405/SR167 Program in Bellevue, WA. Under the supervision of the Program Engineering Manager, the Special Services Program Engineer ensures highway construction projects are in compliance with the inclusion contract requirements and documented accurately in a timely manner. This position leads and manages engineering field office reviews with oversight, management, and resolution of complicated issues and claims, and contract compliance with federal and state laws, guidelines, and directives.
