Qualifications and responsibilities for this Industrial Engineer opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering or other technically related discipline
- 3+ years of Continuous Improvement (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Time & Motion Studies, Value Stream Mapping, etc.), practical engineering, and project management experience within manufacturing environments with demonstrated knowledge of continuous and batch manufacturing processes
- Experience in plastics, Automotive Tier I/II, Continuous Improvement and/or Project Management certification a plus
- Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and MS Office
- Allen Bradley, Automation Direct or other Ladder Logic PLC and HMI programming experience
- Provide technical support and programming for modifications and upgrades to specialty equipment
- Designs new control panels for changes or improvements made to equipment as required
- Troubleshoot electrical and PLC logic for process and efficiency improvements
- Ensure corporate compliance to NEC, OSHA, and ANSI standards for equipment safety

Salary: $70,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
