Qualifications and responsibilities for this CAD Design Technician opportunity include:

- Experience in Mechanical building trades (HVAC/Plumbing)
- Experience in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit is required, Navisworks is a plus
- Involved in all aspects of modeling, from design, coordination to fabrication for both Mechanical and Plumbing systems
- Prepare various CAD deliverables including drawings and models
- Maintain project schedules, coordinate workflow and balance workload along with managing project budget
- Provided support for VDC Management to coordination and negotiate critical issues
- Ensure project documentation and contracts are in compliance with the standards set forth by the Project Documents, and/or Company Standards
- Conduct site inspections, review shop drawings, respond to RFI’s, and attend construction meetings

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
