Role: Project Coordinator 
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: Contract
 
Expected responsibility:
•         Come in with a process-oriented mentality
•         High initiative, proactive attitude, with quick turnaround of tasks.
•         strong communicator with a sense of urgency.
•         Organized and able to track schedules and items in a proficient manner
•         Detail oriented to catch discrepancies before sending documents off to Controls Teams
•         Managing the DCR log - keeping it up to date (SharePoint/Azure)
•         Sending out weekly reports
•         Note taking/Attending Design reviews - BIW Review and Approval Meetings
•         Cover sheets / Aconex package transmittals (AConex can be taught - not required)
•         Working with Engineering disciplines / leads to track down drawings and upload them into share point / blue beam
•         RFI Closeouts
•         Creating DCR Kick off Slides
•         Create Actionable design Review Log
•         Understand aspects of drawings
 
Requirements:
•         Experience in supporting facilities/infrastructure design processes and administrate tasks
•         Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity preferably with an architecture, design or construction firm
•         Ability to manage and organize multiple projects with competing priorities and different timescales
•         Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
•         Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
•         High level of professionalism and strong sense of urgency
•         Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•         Have an inquisitive and open attitude to exploring new ideas and eagerness to continuously learn and take on tough problems
