Qualifications and responsibilities for this CAD/BIM Technician opportunity include:

- 3+ years’ experience in drafting for commercial and industrial buildings
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, including model/paper space, xrefs, layer management, line weights, importing files, block creating, exporting PDFs, plotting, etc.
- Proficiency with Revit, including working with templates
- Clean up and set up of Revit models/ AutoCAD drawings
- Prepare markups from sketches and verbal direction

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
