Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commissioning Engineer opportunity include:

- B.S. in Engineering and 4+ years of experience OR Associates of Science or equivalent and 8+ years of experience in Construction Administration/Commissioning
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and commissioning proprietary software
- Commissioning Certification (ASHRAE, ACG, BCA, NEBB) is preferred
- Familiarity/Experience with Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) and Automated Controls preferred
- Administer the commissioning process
- Design Review of technical MEP documentation
- Develop and conduct functional performance tests
- Site observations, system evaluations, and troubleshooting
- System Test and Balance verification, and Automated Controls Systems verification
- Must be willing to travel

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
