Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Transportation Planning Specialist 3 to support the Olympic Region Multimodal Planning unit. Reporting to the Principal Multimodal Planner for Complete Streets implementation, the Active Transportation Planner contributes to regional planning and project delivery efforts including supporting pre-design on Complete Streets and other projects; participates in corridor studies; reviews local agency comprehensive plan amendments and periodic updates; coordinating with regional planning organizations, local jurisdictions, and tribal nations; and maintains good working relationships with internal and external customers.
