Qualifications and responsibilities for this Federal Facilities Planner opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 4+ years of experience in architecture, facility planning, or a related field
- Licensed Architect, with PMP, or LEED AP credentials preferred.
- Must have experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other modeling/design software
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Develop and communicate viable project alternatives for evaluation, including adaptive reuse, repair, modernization, and new construction
- Lead the preparation of capital improvement plans, installation master plans, and site-specific area development plans
- Create planning-level graphics, diagrams, site plans, and 3D site models
- Conduct field work to interview stakeholders, document facility conditions, and gather data
- Facilitate meetings

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
