With notable homes in prestigious gated communities and waterfront neighborhoods in Naples, Marco Island, Estero, and beyond, they have an impressive portfolio that would catch anyone's eye. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent opportunity include:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent for custom, luxury residential homes
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Experience with scheduling, quality assurance, and project management
- Experience with coordinating subcontractors and vendors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Provide on-site coordination for all phases of custom-built construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
