Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Hotel project experience is preferred, open to large-scale commercial experience
- Proficient in Excel
- Knowledge of construction regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Background in the management of ground up, new construction projects
- Must be bilingual – Chinese/English
- Develop and execute project plans
- Manage and supervise subcontractors
- Prepare project budgets
- Ensure construction activities comply with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Analyze project data, track progress, and generate reports

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
