Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent opportunity include:

- 3+ years of luxury homebuilding experience as a Construction Superintendent
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices in luxury home construction
- Proficient in project planning and scheduling
- Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction process
- Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address construction issues, resolve conflicts, and make necessary adjustments to plans
- Manage project budgets, control expenses, and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective materials and services

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
