The Superintendent will have the exciting responsibility of leading all on site construction of a significant multi-family project during all phases of construction. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Site Superintendent opportunity include:

- 5+ years of experience with large multi-family residential construction projects
- Must have building experience in Massachusetts
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and QuickBooks
- Will be responsible for all on site construction activities including self-perform labor, subcontractors and consultants
- Provide day-to-day on-site administrative and technical management at the project site
- Develop and adhere to the project schedule and budget
- Development and maintenance of jobsite safety and quality program
- Report all on-site activity to the Project Manager

Salary: $85,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
