The Project Manager will have the exciting responsibility of leading a significant multi-family project during the Pre-construction phase. Successful completion of this project could open doors for a Director role, overseeing multiple PMs on various projects. The PM will have the opportunity to work on-site and at the company's headquarters. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager opportunity include:

- 5+ years of experience with multi-family residential construction projects
- Must have building experience in Massachusetts
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and QuickBooks
- Accurately document preconstruction/construction activities and facilitate communication between project team disciplines
- Manage all on-site construction activities, including self-perform labor, subcontractors, and consultants
- Provide day-to-day on-site administrative and technical management at the project site
- Coordinate and interface with engineers, architects, and other project team members during planning, development, negotiation, and contract execution
- Develop and adhere to the project schedule and budget
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive jobsite safety and quality program

Salary: $85,000 - $155,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
