We are looking for a solid executive to lead, plan, organize, direct, and review the activities and operations of the newly formed Engineering Services Department, including land development, construction, transportation, surveying and inspections. 

You will serve as an integral member of the Senior Executive Team and provide highly responsible and complex administrative support to the City Manager and Deputy City Manager.  

A leader with demonstrated ability to forge effective working relationships with a variety of individuals and groups, build consensus, foster teamwork, and create a climate of trust and respect. 

Confer with public officials, developers, citizen groups, and the general public on matters related to the City's development regulations and policies; serve as a resource for the public.

A person of integrity with a personal commitment to a position of public trust.
