Qualifications and responsibilities for this Professional Land Surveyor opportunity include:

- 2 - 5 years’ experience as a PLS
- Proficient in AutoCAD / Carlson Survey
- Must possess current Wisconsin Professional Land Surveyor license (or if out of state, be eligible to take WI exam)
- Direct or conduct various types of surveying including boundary, land divisions, topographic, ALTA/NSPS and construction stakeouts, etc.
- Perform survey calculations, sign and seal survey drawings
- Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations
- Prepare and supervise the preparation of survey data, maps, records, and documents
- Search legal records, survey records, and land titles for property information
- Write survey descriptions for use in legal documents, such as deeds
- Manage, schedule, and supervise the survey crew(s) on a daily basis
- Prepare proposals and bid for survey projects
- Maintain excellent client relations

Salary: $65,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
